NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0867.25, Jewson 307-309 South Street Romford, Redevelopment of the existing Builders Merchants to provide a new Builders Merchants branch, including the demolition of the existing building, construction of a new branch building (sales area, warehouse, tool hire and associated office) and a cantilever racking, external storage area/racking, loading/unloading area, car and cycle parking spaces, fencing and landscaping

This is a major development because it involves the provision of a building or buildings where the floor space to be created by the development is 1000 square metres or more

P0900.25, 26 Reed Pond Walk Romford, Conversion of garage to habitable space with a front extension, roof lights and side steps. The development is in a Conservation Area

P0918.25, The Lodge, Little Gaynes Lane Upminster, First floor extension to bungalow to create habitable loft space with 2 rear dormers, roof lights to front, relocation of entrance with front porch canopy, new front boundary wall/railings, alterations to fenestration and demolition of existing garage and porch

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
