Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 21 July 2025 as follows:

25/00713/LBALT – Change of use from commercial building to apartments with associated internal and external alterations – St Johns House, 54 St John Street, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)

25/00719/FUL – Retention of detached modular steel framed cabin – C W Sellors, King Street, Ashbourne (C)

25/00722/FUL – Proposed change of use of land to mixed use agricultural and equestrian including the erection of stables, tack and fodder room and provision of off road parking and turning – Land Opposite Blackwall Grange, Blackwall Lane, Kirk Ireton (M)

25/00727/FUL – Erection of front and rear extension and retention of parking area – Field Head House, Main Road, Brailsford (C)

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area

Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

Applications with the suffix M is a Major Development

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. 

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number
