NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A), 15 (2)(b) AND 15 (2)(c) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, AND WHICH DOES NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

I give notice that Bloor Homes Ltd is applying to Hertsmere Borough Council for Outline permission for Hybrid planning application comprising: (1) Outline planning application for a residential development (up to 200 dwellings), community building, associated works including infrastructure, blue and green infrastructure and landscaping/drainage attenuation. All matters reserved except for access; and (2) Full application for the demolition of and relocation of the existing Bowls Club and demolition and relocation of any buildings associated with the football club and relocation and replacement of the existing football pitches (plus associated works) together with associated facilities, infrastructure, car parking and access and is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1WA during all reasonable hours until 3rd September 2025 or on the Council’s website
