What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)

Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement Is Sought For The Following:

25/0885/OUTEL/LP: Land South of Harper Lane

Hybrid planning application comprising:

(1) Outline planning application for a residential development (up to 200 dwellings), community building, associated works including infrastructure, blue and green infrastructure and landscaping/drainage attenuation. All matters reserved except for access; and

(2) Full application for the demolition of and relocation of the existing Bowls Club and demolition and relocation of any buildings associated with the football club and relocation and replacement of the existing football pitches (plus associated works) together with associated facilities, infrastructure, car parking and access.

Reason: Major Application & Departure from the Local Plan.

Representations need to be submitted by 3rd September 2025.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
