2025/2184 & 2025/2185 MULBARTON, South Barn, 15 Rectory Lane, NR14 8AG – Proposed solar panels to be installed on roof. Replace roof with red pantiles and replace windows and doors with aluminum framed elements. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/2205 ROYDON, Land North of Woodcrest Barn, Darrow Lane – Outline planning permission for erection of two No self-build dwellings using existing access with all matters reserved except for access and layout. New access provided for existing dwelling Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

2025/2134 DISS, 20 Mere Street, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4AD – Change of use from E(a) to C3 Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/1947 REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON, 9 Exchange Street, IP20 9AB – Erection of gates at point of access

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area,

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
