Section 73 application for the variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission Ref: P2015/2834/FUL as revised by P2024/01836/NMA dated 8th May 2024 for the following approved development: Demolition of the existing garage/workshop and the erection of a building to provide commercial (B1) space, and residential use to the upper floors, together with the incorporation of refuse bin stores and bicycle storage. The variation to the approved plans sought include replacing the originally approved drawings with revised plans showing overall height increase along with internal and external alterations.
