The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/25/099300/FULL Wharfside Heritage Way Wigan. Replacement of existing lightweight cladding panels and balcony timber boards with non-combustible alternatives.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Pier. The application forms and plans can be viewed on our website https://www.wigan. gov.uk/Resident/Planning-and-Building-Control/Planning/Search-planningapplications.aspx
