The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/01675/FUL - Former Simpson Street School Simpson Street Sunderland.
BDN is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Conversion of existing
office space to create 6no. new apartments
25/01631/FUL - 1 Grayling Court Doxford International Sunderland SR3
3XE. UK Management College is applying to the Local Planning Authority
for: Change of use from vacant offices (Class E (Commercial, business and
service)) to college use (Class F1 (Learning and non-residential institutions)).
25/00196/FUL - Ferry Farm House Offerton Lane Sunderland SR4 0NH. Mr
Mark Baker is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of
existing 18-unit kennel building, with new 18-unit kennel building, to include
covered indoor exercise area and for support to an existing rear boundary
wall structure alongside Offerton Lane.
The above proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the
Development Plan.

is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of 222 solar PVs to
roof of new foodstore
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of; National Coal Board
Central Garage which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of
Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/01679/FUL - 44 Frederick Street Sunderland. A&H Developments (NE)
Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from
offices to student accommodation.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed buildings
which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or
Historic Interest.

Lambton Farm Penshaw Houghton-le-Spring. Nexus is applying to the Local
Planning Authority for: Initial inspections and intrusive works including
Localised ground investigations; Intrusive structural investigations and
associated reinstatement.
This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of
Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING
PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
24/02254/VA4 - Proposed development at: Land at Philadelphia
Complex/Philadelphia Lane Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes
Durham is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission
for Variation of condition 46 (provision of link road) as attached to planning
permission 14/00538/HYB (as amended by 16/02285/AM1,19/00037/AM1
and 24/02217/AM1) to allow up to 200 dwelling houses to be occupied
before the details of the link road have been submitted to the Local Planning
Authority and up to 261 dwelling houses to be occupied before construction
of the link road (further information received late July 25) and that the
application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the
Development Plan and relates to a proposal which affects the setting of
Power Station and Workshops within Philadelphia Complex which are
included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest
The above application also relates to development on land or buildings
owned by the Sunderland City Council.
