b) Installation of replacement timber windows with uPVC (part retrospective), timber entrance doors/doorsets with composite and timber store doors with aluminium at Flats 1-30 Clowes Court and 15 South Lane Hessle (Ref: 25/01940/PLF)

c) Installation of 2no. roofights to front and 2no. roofights to rear, solar panels to rear, 2no. fat roofights to rear and replacement of existing felt roof with fberglass roof, construction of patio to rear, repair and refurbishment of roof rafters and repositioning of boundary wall and gate to rear at 51 North Bar Without Beverley HU17 7AG (Ref: 25/01740/PLF)

d) Listed Building Consent for installation of photovoltaic solar panels to rear and south side roof slopes at 39 North Bar Without Beverley HU17 7AG (Ref: 25/02138/PLB)

e) Erection of a single storey extension to front and rear, conversion of existing garage to additional living accommodation following increase in roof height and alterations to doors and windows at 28 St Nicholas Gate Hedon HU12 8HS (Ref: 25/01834/PLF)

f) Installation of fagpole (6m in height) with associated concrete base at Main Street Amenity Land Main Street Skidby HU16 5TG (Ref: 25/01705/PLF)

g) Listed building consent for the construction of a 1.8m high screen wall of reclaimed bricks and timber gate to rear separating garden and parking area at 57 North Bar Within Beverley HU17 8DG (Ref: 25/01909/PLB)

h) Erection of a new 400kV electricity substation, new vehicular access, new access road and associated works at Land South East of Poplar Farm Park Lane Cottingham HU16 5SA (Ref: 25/01898/STPLF)

i) Listed Building Consent for works to first foor front bedroom including: the removal of damaged lath and plaster ceiling and damaged ceiling joists, replacement of joists and lath and lime plaster ceiling to match existing: installation of roof hatch to match original: removal of existing joinery, to be set aside, redecorated and reinstated following: removal of gypsum plaster to walls and its reinstatement with non hydraulic lime plaster throughout at 272 West Ella Road West Ella HU10 7SF (Ref: 25/01927/PLB)

j) Erection of a single storey extension to side partly below existing frst foor balcony (Retrospective) at 1 Froghall Cottages Wyton Road Preston HU12 8TY (Ref: 25/01738/PLF)

k) Installation of replacement windows to front and rear with associated external and decorative works at Yorkshire Building Society 3-5 Saturday Market Beverley HU17 8BB (Ref: 25/02045/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,c,d,f,g,i,k) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (c,d,g,i) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (c,d,g,i,j,k) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (h) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (h) is a major development.
Proposal (e) is an Ancient Monument scheduled under Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979.
