Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. 2025/809 - The Orpheus Centre, North Park Lane, Godstone. Demolition of existing storage buildings and erection of a new education centre which houses studios, workshops, theatre, & café, together with car parking, crossing points over North Park Lane and additional landscaping.
2025/603 - 87 High Street, Godstone. Demolition of modern extensions and change of use of existing hotel to form 4no. dwellings, erection of 5no. dwellings on surrounding land, and associated alterations to access and parking.
2025/685 - 110 -118 Station Road East, Oxted. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans ) of planning permission 2023/853 dated 8.05.2024 (Demolition of Existing Properties at 110-118 Station Road East, Oxted. Construction of 12no Class C3 Residential Flats and 6no Class E Units, with Parking to the Rear). The proposal seeks to alter the appearance of the building including relocate the Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) and the roof level photovoltaic panels (PVPs), re design the internal stairwell and lift shaft to meet Building and Fire Regulations and the internal layout of flat nos. 6 and 12.
2025/613 - Land South Of Warren Lane, Hurst Green. Erection of up to 132 residential dwellings (50% affordable) with vehicular access off Holland Road, pedestrian and cyclist access off Holland Road and Warren Lane, provision of public open space with associated landscape planting, associated infrastructure, drainage measures, earthworks and all other associated works including removal of PLUTO pipeline, realignment of foul water pipelines, and grounding of power lines (outline application with all matters reserved except access).
2025/634 - Hill Top, 3 Sylvan Close, Limpsfield, Oxted. Replacement of ground floor rear flat roof to form pitched roof with integral roof lights.
2025/783 - 34 High Street, Caterham. 1x externally illuminated double sided hanging sign. Refurbishment of existing externally illuminated fascia sign, 1x externally illuminated amenity board, 1 no. internally illuminated Menu holder, 1 no. Advert board, 1 no. car park sign, 1 no. car park sign on two posts, 1 no. fascia sign with LED flood lights.
