Application reference: PL/2025/0001233/HHA Site address: 38 Beechwood Avenue Proposed development: Erection of a single-storey brick and tile outbuilding Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2025/0001435/HHA Site address: 7 Arden Street Proposed development: Render to existing gable end wall Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
