What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER- LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: - Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building

1. Reserved Matters Application for appearance, landscaping, layout, scale and access of plot A for building in Use Classes E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii); and/or B2 and/or B8 pursuant to outline element of hybrid planning application ref: 21/00595/FUL. (Note, the outline application was not an EIA application) at Plot A Chatterley Park Land Off Peacock Hay Road Stoke-On-Trent ST7 1UN by Harworth Estates Investments Ltd. File Ref: 25/00530/REM (Application is for Major Development and affects a Public Right of Way)

2. Reserved matters application for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale on Plot B, for a building (Unit B) in Use Classes E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii); and/or B2 and/ or B8 pursuant to outline element of hybrid planning application re: 21/000595/ FUL. Not EIA development at Plot B Chatterley Park Land Off Peacock Hay Road Stoke-on-trent ST7 1UN by Harworth Estates Investments Ltd. File Ref: 25/00531/REM. (Application is for Major Development).

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents.

Alternatively the applications may be viewed on line at www.newcastlestaffs.gov.uk Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk Please bear in mind that any communication you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties.

Any communication received concerning this application will be displayed on the internet.

You may wish to avoid unnecessary publication of your personal details by sending your representations as attachments when corresponding by email, but you will need to include your name and address. The Council does not require signatures on letters.
