Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry to determine the following planning appeal: Relating to the application to Somerset Council for Outline planning application for the erection of up to 78 dwellings with public open space, landscaping & sustainable drainage system (SuDS) & vehicular access point.
All matters reserved except for means of access at Land At 353314 146683 Glencot Road, Wookey Hole, Wells (2024/1322/OUT).
The Inquiry will be held at: The Council Chamber, Council Offices, Cannards Grave Rd, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT on Wednesday 27th August at 10am.
