NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development for the construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of a ground-mounted solar farm complete with landscaping, associated infrastructure, and temporary construction access, accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
I give notice that Haxted Mead Solar Farm Ltd is applying to Tandridge District Council for planning permission for the construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of a ground-mounted solar farm complete with landscaping, associated infrastructure, and temporary construction access. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development to which the application relates affects the Green Belt, Flooding and Public Right of Way. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the planning application
• the plans
• the Environmental Statement
• and other documents submitted with the application at the Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted, RH8 0BT, at all reasonable hours until 30th August 2025.
Members of the public may obtain a hard or digital copy of the Environmental Statement from Temple Group Ltd, Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DA at a charge of £500.00 plus delivery where applicable.
