What is planned?

Guildford Borough Council

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Right of Way, a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/00915 Burrow Hill House, Burrow Hill, Pirbright - Erection of a two-storey rear extension with a proposed veranda, front alterations including a single bay window, extended hipped-end roof, new dormer and porch, replacement of the side garage; construction of a detached outbuilding and alterations to fenestration and patio area, and replacement pool, following the demolition of the existing conservatory, front porch, garage, chimneys, and part of the side extension. 
25/P/01011 Wall adjacent to, St Martin’s Church, Ockham Road South, East Horsley - Listed Building Consent to partially take down remaining loose, unstable sections of flint and brick boundary wall and re-build boundary wall. 
25/P/01062 11 Cardwells Keep, Guildford - Erection of a single storey rear extension and partial conversion of the existing garage into a home office. 
25/P/01064 Land east of Ash Railway Station & Foreman Road & south of, Guildford Road, Ash - Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the variation of condition 21 (hard and soft landscape proposals) of planning permission 19/P/01460, approved 13/01/25 for the construction of a road bridge with associated footways and cycle path connecting Guildford Road / Ash Hill Road Roundabout to a new junction with Foreman Road over the North Downs Railway Line south of the existing Ash level crossing, in addition to associated junction improvements, landscaping mitigation, ecology management measures, flood mitigation measures, and drainage. 
To propose an amendment to the condition to allow for a time delay to completion of landscaping within this specific area. So, within 2 years, the aggregate is to be removed and the landscaping to be completed in line with the approved plans. The obligation to remove the material and undertake the seeding would fall away when Persimmon commence their housing development.
