NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council’s web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

25/10696 80 WHITSBURY ROAD, FORDINGBRIDGE SP6 1LA - Replacement of existing rear extension with flat roof rear extension with integrated skylights

The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way. The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

25/10671 LAND SOUTH OF, DERRITT LANE, SOPLEY BH23 8AT - Variation of condition 4 of application 21/11097 to allow change in materials, brickwork and additional external features

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

This application is for Listed Building Consent.

Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
