What is planned?
The following applications have been received:-
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P0732/25/LBC - Listed building consent for works yet to be completed under planning permission P1160/19/FUL following the Inn's listing prior to completion of works to allow for use as a community pub - Brockweir Country Inn, Brockweir.
AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0580/25/FUL - Erection of a single storey rear extension.- Maplestone House, Coleford Road, Bream, Lydney. P0858/25/FUL - Variation of Condition 4 (use restriction to private use only) relating to planning permission P0279/15/FUL to allow for limited commercial use of the menage - Great Hoggins Farm, Bream Road, St Briavels, Lydney.
WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P0841/25/FUL - Change of use from holiday let use to residential dwelling - Zion Chapel , Tramway Road, Soudley.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 27th August 2025. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
