Retrospective application for construction of refuse store, including replacement flood defence wall (25/00410/PLAREG)
69-73 High Street Cosham [M]
Retention and division of part ground floor commercial unit to form 2no. commercial units (Class E); change of use of rear ground floor to form 1no. four bedroom HMO (Class C4), to include demolition of floorspace to rear/north area; division of first floor to form two stories to provide 2no. eight bedroom HMOs (Sui Generis); Construction of Mansard roof extension to form third floor, for use as 1no. five bedroom HMO (Class C4); associated alterations to include rebuild of front elevation, extensive rendering of existing brickwork, provision of balconies, and additional fenestration. St James Locksway Road [L M]
Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 20/00204/FUL to amend the approved plans. Revision includes internal alterations to conversion properties, reduction in used roofspace, fewer rooflights and dormers, and provision of mezzanine floors. Existing roads and car parking have been retained to the west and northeast of the site. New Build Houses 50 - 58 have been relocated to avoid existing below-ground extension at the rear to relocate the kitchen (25/00636/VOC)
