(BESS) comprising primary substation, BESS units, power conversion

biodiversity enhancement. Construction of a temporary construction

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 6, 7 & 8 above, Listed Building Consent in respect of 2, 3, 4 & 5 above and Conservation Area Consent in respect of 2 above.

The proposed development in respect of 7 above affects a public right of way.
