Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Land and Buildings to the South West of Grains Barn Farm, Barrowford Road, Fence. 25/0487/FUL Full: Partial demolition of equine buildings and an agricultural building and the erection of 1 no. dwelling. The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building.

(b) Station House, 1 Skipton Road, Earby. 25/0296/HHO Full: Demolition and replacement of 2 no. single-storey side and rear extensions. The proposal is within the Earby Conservation Area. (c) Land Containing Ashlar House and Ashlar Cottage, Barrowford Road, Higham. 25/0489/HHO Full: Removal and replacement of front boundary railings. The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. As these are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

(d) Land Containing Ashlar House and Ashlar Cottage, Barrowford Road, Higham. 25/0490/LBC Listed Building Consent: Removal and replacement of front boundary railings. The proposal affects a Listed Building. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 22 August 2025.
