25/P/1433/FUL - Proposed replacement of rear terrace boundary wall panelling with glass balustrade at Flat 1 Foye House, Bridge Road, Leigh Woods.
25/P/1450/FUL - Change of use of the ground floor from Class E to form a beauty salon and sunbed shop at 3 Old Church Road, Clevedon.
25/P/1351/FUL - Proposed renovation of existing dwelling including: erection of a single storey rear and front extensions, creation of a flat-roofed front dormer, replacement of all fenestration including windows, doors, roofing and cladding/render.
