Land north of Downderry Toilets, Front Road, Downderry, Torpoint, PL11 3JX
1 Land is held as open space at Memorial Gardens Open Space, Downderry & Land north of Downderry Toilets, Front Road, Downderry by Cornwall Council.
2 Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Cornwall Council intends to devolve these public open spaces in Deviock Parish (as listed above) to Deviock Parish Council.
3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.
4 Any objection or representation in respect of the transfer of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 20/08/2025.
