NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/TM/0104/2025 – Proposed development at Nexus School, Upper Haysden Lane, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 8AA.
Kent County Council is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Erection of a single-storey classroom building, the resurfacing of the remaining MUGA, an expanded car parking provision and associated hard and soft landscaping.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

We accept comments within 22 days from the date of this notice (30 August 2025). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/TM/0104/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
