Application No. 54/25/00013: L & A, Woolavington Road, Woolavington, Bridgwater, TA7. Outline application with some matters reserved, for the demolition of stable buildings & erection of up to 85 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) & vehicular access point. This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 09/25/00017: Bridgwater Community Hospital, Bower Lane, East Bower, Bridgwater, TA6 4GU. Erection of Clinical Diagnostic Centre with associated car parking. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 08/25/00088: 6-8 Monmouth Street, Bridgwater, TA6 5EJ. Conversion of existing commercial (Class E) premises to residential. This site lies within a Conservation Area.

Application No. 08/25/00103: Land at, Appledore Drive, Bridgwater. Erection of mixed use commercial/residential building comprising use class E(a) - Retail (other than hot food) on the ground floor & use class C3- Residential on the first & second floors including alterations to access & parking provisions. This application is of public interest.
