NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at:- Land east of Westerfield/Witnesham Road (B1077), Westerfield, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 9AJ
Application No: SCC/0093/25SC
I give notice that Nicholls Ltd, Sinks Pit, Main Road, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk IP5 2PE is applying to Suffolk County Council for planning permission for the following development.
Proposal: Extraction and processing of sand and gravel with restoration to original ground levels, erection of associated infrastructure, solar photovoltaics and access to the public highway.
The proposal does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The proposal would affect a right of way to which Part 111 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 applies.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement as long as stocks last at a charge of £500 (paper copy) or £20 (USB copy).
The proposal affects the setting of a listed building(s) namely ‘Swans Nest, Westerfield’, ‘Barns and Outbuildings to the SE of Westerfield Hall, Westerfield’ and ‘Westerfield Hall, Westerfield’
