PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

- ​Proposed new access from Drumnabreeze Road and abandonment of existing access.

- Proposed new car park and re alignment of existing road within site boundary.

- Alterations to existing golf course to include changes to the course layout and to include extension of curtilage to facilitate new proposed layout.

- Proposed 42 number driving range bays in a 2 storey building with 21 bays on ground floor and 21 bays on first floor. Building to include lift, staircase and toilets.

- A pro shop for sale of golf clubs and associated items is proposed to the ground floor with a restaurant / coffee shop on first floor.

- Proposed retaining wall to rear of building to retain land at change of level.

- Proposed 20m high safety net fencing and posts around driving range.

- Proposed floodlighting from proposed building towards driving range area.

Edenmore Golf and Country Club Ltd, 70 Drumnabreeze Road including additional lands 55m to the south of Nos 74 and 76 Steps Road, and lands 130m east and south east of 67 Steps Road Magheralin BT67 0RH

A public event was held on Monday 21 July 2025 from the hours of 12 midday to 8pm.



An online consultation via a website will display details of the proposed development and will allow public comment for a continuous 28-day period following the date of the public notice.

Comments should be made on or before the expiry of the 28 days from the date of the advertisement.
