(i’w gyflwyno i berchenogion a/neu feddianwyr tir cyfagos, ymgyngoreion cymunedol a phersonau perthnasol; a ddangosir gan hysbysiad safle ar leoliad y datblygiad arfaethedig neu ger lleoliad y datblygiad arfaethedig a’i gyhoeddi mewn papur newydd yn yr ardal.) Pwrpas yr hysbysiad hwn: mae’r hysbysiad hwn yn rhoi cyfle i wneud sylwadau uniongyrchol i’r datblygwr ar Ddatblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DNS) arfaethedig cyn cyflwyno cais cynllunio i Weinidogion Cymru. Bydd ceisiadau cynllunio ar gyfer DNS yn cael cyhoeddusrwydd gan Weinidogion Cymru a’r awdurdod cynllunio lleol perthnasol; ni fydd unrhyw sylwadau a ddarperir mewn ymateb i’r hysbysiad hwn yn rhagfarnu eich gallu i gyflwyno sylwadau i Weinidogion Cymru ar unrhyw gais cynllunio DNS cysylltiedig. Dylech nodi y gellir rhoi unrhyw sylwadau a gyflwynir ar y ffeil gyhoeddus. |

Sefydliad fferm solar sy’n cynnwys paneli solar ffotofoltaidd gyda chynwysedd cynhyrchu hyd at 35MW, gan gynnwys hwb cysylltiad grid parhaol, fframwaith mowntiedig, gwrthdroyddion, ceblau tanddaearol, ffens atal stoc, camerau cylch cyfyng, traciau mewnol a seilwaith gysylltiedig, tirlunio, cynnydd net bioamrywiaeth a gwelliannau amgylcheddol ar gyfer chyfnod dros dro o 40 mlynedd yn ogystal â dymchwel adeiladau fferm presennol ar y safle. | |

Purpose of this notice: this notice provides the opportunity to comment directly to the developer on a proposed Development of National Significance (DNS) prior to the submission of a planning application to the Welsh Ministers. Planning applications for DNS will be publicised by the Welsh Ministers and the relevant local planning authority; any comments provided in response to this notice will not prejudice your ability to make representations to the Welsh Ministers on any related DNS planning application. Installation of a solar farm comprising ground mounted solar PV panels with a generating capacity of up to 35MW, including permanent grid connection hub, mounting framework, inverters, underground cabling, stock proof fence, CCTV, internal tracks and associated infrastructure, landscaping, biodiversity net benefit and environmental enhancements for a temporary period of 40 years as well as the demolition of existing farm buildings on site. | |
