HYSBYSIAD O DAN ERTHYGL 16 O GAIS AM GANIATÂD CYNLLUNIO MEWN PERTHYNAS Â DATBLYGIAD O ARWYDDOCA^D CENEDLAETHOL
Datblygiad a gyflwynwyd: Mynydd Llanhilleth, tua 3000m i’r dwyrain o Lanhilleth. Mae’r pentref Brynhelyn yn lleoli tua 500m i’r de-orllewin o’r safle yn agosrwydd.
Rwy’n hysbysu bod: Pennant Walters Ltd
yn cynnig cais i Weinidogion Cymru am ganiatâd cynllunio mewn perthynas â Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC), sef:
Y Cynllun Datblygu yw adeiladu a gweithredu fferm wynt sy’n cynnwys uchafswm o saith tyrbin gwynt, pob un â rotor taflunell â uchder uchaf o hyd llafn o hyd at 180 m. Mae’r Cynllun Datblygu hefyd yn cynnwys seilwaith cysylltiedig gan gynnwys:

traciau ffermydd gwynt mewn newydd a gwella
padiau craen
swyddi peirianwyr
celloedd pwer tanddaearol yn cysylltu’r tyrbinau a’r is-orsaf ar y safle

adeilad gosod a storio
seilwaith cysylltiedig, gan gynnwys is-orsaf ar safle ac adeiladau newydd a byddai cysylltu adeiladau, 33 kV cysylltiad cebl tanddaearol o fewn y Cais DAC
Cydrân y cais DAC mae cais am Ganiatâd Eilaidd ar gyfer:
Gorchymyn o dan Adran 16 (Datgysylltu a Chyflenwi Tir Comin) Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 (fel y’i diwygiwyd)
Tir rhyddhau: 2.87 hectarau – tir ym Mynydd Llanhilleth comin. Mae angen rhyddhau’r tir i hwyluso’r datblygiad arfaethedig.
Tir amnewid: 4.04 hectarau – o dir cyfatebol I’w gynnig fel tir comin newydd.

The Developments of National Significance (Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016 (As Amended)
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 18 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION IN RESPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE
Proposed development at: Mynydd Llanhilleth, approximately 3000m from the eastern edge of Llanhilleth. The village of Brynithel is located approximately 500m to the south west of the site at its closest point.
I give notice that: Pennant Walters Ltd is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of a development of National Significance (DNS) which is:
The Development Proposal is to construct and operate a wind farm consisting of a maximum of seven wind turbines, each with a three-bladed rotor and a maximum height to blade tip of up to 180m. The Development Proposal also comprises associated infrastructure including:
improvements to an existing access;
new and improved internal wind farm tracks;
crane pads;
turbine foundations;
underground power cables linking the turbines and the on-site substation;
temporary construction compounds;
storage areas;
grid connection infrastructure, including an on-site substation and control building together
fencing
The DNS planning application is accompanied by Secondary Consent under Section 16 (Deregistration and Exchange of Common Land) of the Commons Act 2006 (As Amended)
Release Land: 2.87 hectares – land at Mynydd Llanhilleth Common. The release land is required to facilitate the proposed development.
Replacement Land: 4.04 hectares – compensatory land to be registered as common land.
Consent under Section 38 (Works on Common Land) of the Commons Act 2006 (As Amended)
Application to allow works to take place on both the release land (works required to construct the proposed windfarm) and the replacement land (to enable use of the common from adjoining freehold land)
