To first and second floors, retrospective permission is sought for retention of existing unauthorised windows of rear (north) elevation of rear wing, which replaced now infilled windows of the west side elevation. Windows are timber sashes; three‑ over‑three sash to first floor and small one‑over‑one sash to second floor. Relocation of some modern radiators and bathroom refurbishment is also proposed but does not include intervention to any skirting and can utilise or link to existing services. Modern recessed downlights are to be removed and made good with appropriate materials to match existing ceiling construction type.
