PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning applications for development in the Borough, which are hereby advertised.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)

(England) Order 2015 (Article 15).

THE PROPOSAL BELOW IS ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:

(1) Departure from Development Plans

12 Acres Site (land adj Chicken Hatchery), Mill Road, Burgh Castle; Change of use of grazing paddock into a secure dog exercise park for walking (Sui generis); Proposed closure of existing access and creation of new access to Mill Road and associated turning and parking area; Use of land for siting a storage container. (amended description and additional information) Application No: 06/25/0347/CU

Written representations should be sent toplan@great-yarmouth.gov.uk by no later than 15th August 2025 quoting the application number. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Council’s website and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
