What is planned?

EAST SUFFOLK COUNCIL

East Suffolk Council has received the following applications, which it is required to advertise. This is not a full list of all applications received.

Any representations should be made in writing to this address within 15 working days of the publication of this notice. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the council’s website, and will be referred to by the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.

DC/25/2233/FUL – Replace two existing single glazed wooden windows with new wooden double-glazed windows at 27A High Street, Southwold.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area

DC/25/2692/FUL – Replacement windows and door at Cobweb Cottage, 77 Chediston Street, Halesworth.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area

DC/25/2657/LBC – Listed Building Consent – Replacement of storm proof factory windows with purpose made, tradition pattern, flush casement windows at Church Farmhouse, Wangford Road, Uggeshall.

Reason for advertising: Listed Building

DC/25/2707/FUL – Replacement of windows and doors. at Renby, Church Close, Wangford.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area

DC/25/2712/FUL – Various external alterations and improvements, including removal of existing redundant services (fire stairwell, cabling, trunk work) and updating of lighting at Former Barclays Bank Plc, New Market, Beccles, Suffolk.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area

DC/25/2711/FUL – Provision of new vehicular access directly to Cromwell Road with a tarmac drive to serve existing dwelling (Kestrel House) at land to the house, Cromwell Road, Ringsfield.

Reason for advertising: Public Right of Way Affected

DC/25/2694/FUL – Conversion of 1st floor, 2nd floor and part of ground floor offices into 4 flats with amenity and cycle parking, and alterations to access and bin storage; retention of basement and part of ground floor for commercial retail space at 31 New Market, Beccles.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area
