Hysbysir drwy hyn fod RWE Renewables UK Swindon Ltd wedi cyflwyno gwybodaeth ychwanegol i Weinidogion Cymru yn unol â Rheolad 15 y Rheoliadau DAC a Rheolad 24 y Rheoliadau AEA mewn perthynas â Chais ar gyfer Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC) a dderbynnwyd i’w archwilio ar 16/12/2024. Mae’r wybodaeth ychwanegol gael ei gwneud yn berthynas â’r Datganiad Amgylcheddol a gyflwynwyd gyda’r Cais DAC.

Mae’r Cais ar gyfer: Hyd at ddeg tyrbin a seilwaith cysylltiedig gan gynnwys trawsnewidyddion, isfeiln, padair crane ac ardaloedd ‘ladgown’ / storio.

Cyfeiriad y safle: Rhostr Uchdileu rhwng Abertysti’r i Gorllewin ac Aberyschyn i’r Dwyrain, tua 1.5km i’r Gogledd-Ddwyrain o Abertysti.

(‘the EIA Regulations’)

Notice is hereby given that RWE Renewables UK Swindon Ltd has submitted further information to the Welsh Ministers pursuant to Regulation 15 of the DNS Regulations and Regulation 24 of the EIA Regulations in relation to a Development of National Significance (DNS) Application accepted for examination on 16/12/2024. The further information is available in relation to the Environmental Statement which was submitted with the DNS Application.

The Application is for: Up to six turbines and associated infrastructure including transformers, foundations, crane pads and laydown / storage areas.

The site is located at: Upland moorland located between Abertillery to the West and Aberyschan to the East, approximately 1.5km North-East of Abertillery.

The site is located within the administrative boundary of Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Torfaen County Borough Council.

Members of the public can view the further information documents (those beginning with the ‘2025-06-05 – A & 2025-07-14 - FI’ prefix) online by searching for reference number 3278009 at: https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/

Alternatively, members of the public can inspect a hard copy of the further information (at all reasonable hours) until 27/08/2025 at:

The timetable for consultation on the further information has begun. Interested persons may submit representations solely in relation to the further information to Planning and Environment Decisions Wales, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (details below), being no later than 27/08/2025. All representations received will be published online.
