b) Change of use at first floor from commercial storage

and construction of external staircase following

c) Installation of eight windows and two sets of double
doors to replace existing windows/doors beyond
repair and like for like repairs to all other windows as
necessary at The Old Rectory and Rectory Cottage

Proposals (b,c,d,f) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
