The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Right of Way, a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure.

25/P/00576 Seaforth Cottage, Gomshall Lane, Shere, Listed Building Consent for the proposed single storey rear infill extension to facilitate conversion of outbuilding to living accommodation and minor rear fenestration changes. 

25/P/00764 West Lodge, Blacksmith Lane, Chilworth, Single storey rear extension, separate to host dwelling and linked by a glazed covered walkway, together with renewal of existing fenestration. 

25/P/00784 & 25/P/00785 Friary Court, 13-21 High Street, Guildford, Alteration of building façade and entrance including new tiles, new canopy, new doors, upgraded façade materials. Advertisement consent for the installation of 2 no. illuminated steel mounted letter signs. 

25/P/00925 43D Quarry Street, Guildford, Erection of an outbuilding and gazebo following the removal of existing outbuilding (retrospective) 25/P/00948 Richmond House, Millbrook, Guildford, Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings), condition 5 (details and samples), condition 9 (sustainable construction), condition 10 (sustainability measures) of planning application 22/P/00874 approved 30/01/2024 for the proposed extension and conversion of dwelling to form three flats 

25/P/00956 Land bounded by the Friary Centre Bus Station, North Street, Leapale Road, Guildford, Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) of application 24/P/00701, approved on 04/04/2025, under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings), 26 (biodiversity net gains) and 55 (accessible and adaptable dwelling) of planning permission 23/P/01211 for a mixed use redevelopment on a site bounded by North Street, Leapale Road and including Commercial Road and part of Woodbridge Road, Guildford comprising: 

• Demolition of existing buildings; 

• A new bus interchange with new access junction arrangement, new canopy, waiting facilities, a hard and soft landscaped pedestrian public area and hardstanding;

25/P/00960 17 North Street, Guildford, Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) of application 24/P/00702, approved on 04/04/2025, for works to 17 North Street associated with detailed application (24/P/00701) for a mixed use redevelopment at North Street, Leapale Road and including Commercial Road and part of Woodbridge Road, Guildford. 

25/P/00996 Guildford Boat House, Millbrook, Guildford, Application under Section 73a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for a variation of condition 2 (plan numbers) to correct the date stated within the condition relating to the submitted plans and removal of condition 15 (external sound equipment) of planning permission 22/P/01633 for the change of use of two boathouses and outdoor space to Class E, for use as a shared workspace and for private functions / events (to be used in conjunction with the same approved use as the new adjacent Guildford Boathouse) to include external lighting and landscaping.

25/P/01000 60 Chertsey Street, Guildford, Listed Building Consent for the removal and blocking up of a window on the rear elevation and replacement of a window on the side elevation 

25/P/01003 Farnham Road Hospital, Farnham Road, Guildford, Listed Building Consent for the construction of additional fencing to the previously approved secure gardens with security mesh fencing 4.2m high. New 3m high acoustic fence and the location of ventilation grilles and conduit routes for condensing pipework together with an infill extension. 

25/P/01008 45 The Mount, Guildford, Listed building consent for installation of a new bathroom, new black soil and vent pipe to the right side elevation, replacement back door with hardwood stable door and addition of lantern light by entrance door. 

25/P/01023 Firbank Cottage, Guildown Road, Guildford, Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) to raise the ridge and eaves level of the side projection by 425mm and add a conservation roof light of planning permission 24/P/01692 for 'Alterations to roof of existing side projection to increase ridge height and create rooms in roof, installation of solar panels, and erection of single storey front/side extension' to increase usable space within the new master bedroom and to provide lighting to the approved hallway to access the master bedroom
