(b) The works will be restricted to the carriageway boundary and will not impact the Category B Listed West Lodge, Balbirnie House, Balbirnie Park, the Cadham Village Conservation Area, and the Balbirnie Garden and Designed Landscape; and
(c) Any potential impacts of the works are expected to be temporary, short-term, non-significant, and limited to the construction phase.
The features of the project which are envisaged to avoid or prevent significant adverse effects on the environment are:
(a) Mitigation measures and best practice will be implemented to ensure no short-term or long-term significant negative impacts on the environment;
(b) Containment measures of the working area will be in place to prevent debris or pollutants from entering the surrounding environment; and
(c) Measures will be in place to ensure appropriate removal and disposal of waste;
