WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P0860/25/LBC - Listed building consent to strip roof, replace defective rafters, insulate between rafters, plaster water damaged ceilings, felt and batter replaced, form new box gutter behind chimney and finish in C5 lead, replace cement slates with natural slate-Canadian, replace gutter and downpipes, replace windows, remove cement render make good substrate, lime render external elevations - Burnt House, Main Road, Woolaston, Lydney.
WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0831/25/FUL - Change of use of existing buildings to a meditation retreat centre (Use Class C2) including use of the existing C2 buildings, Granary Cottages, and Coach House for retreat accommodation, activities and ancillary C2 use; mixed C2/C3 use of the ground floor of the farmhouse for a temporary three-year period, internal alterations to the Coach House and northern C2 building, installation of a ventilation flue on the Coach House and alterations to existing parking arrangements - Abenhall Manor, Church Lane, Abenhall, Mitcheldean.

THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA - P0691/25/FUL - Erection of3 bedroom self-build bungalow access and turning - - Land At Main Road South Of, Ross Road, Gorsley.

Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 20th August 2025.
