What is planned?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 122

Land at Byron Quarter, Harrow

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Harrow intends to appropriate for planning purposes an area of 1.7 hectares land at Byron Quarter, being land situated to the East of Harrow Leisure Centre Car Park, Christchurch Avenue, Harrow. The purpose of the appropriation is to facilitate the development of the land to provide new residential dwellings.

A copy of the plan showing the land proposed to be appropriated, together with supporting documentation, may be inspected at the Hub, Forward Drive, the London Borough of Harrow on weekdays during normal office hours. The documents are also available on the Council’s website @ harrow.gov.uk/byronnotice

Any objections to the proposed appropriation must be submitted in writing, quoting reference Byron Quarter - Phase 1 before 14 August and addressed to:
