The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for erection of extension to outbuilding (retrospective) at 70, Slades Road, Bolster Moor, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/91803 & 2025/91804.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting – REVISED AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RECEIVED (INCLUDING REVISED RED LINE SITE BOUNDARY)

2. Planning Permission for refurbishment and redevelopment of the George Hotel (including partial demolition, partial reconstruction and extension) to provide a 108-bedroom hotel with bar, restaurant, gym, conference facilities and ancillary facilities and Listed Building Consent for refurbishment and redevelopment of the George Hotel (including partial demolition, partial reconstruction, extension and internal and external works and alterations) to provide a 108-bedroom hotel with bar, restaurant, gym, conference facilities and ancillary facilities at George Hotel, St George’s Square, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/91147 & 2025/91148.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

3. Demolition / removal of existing garage and erection of replacement detached garage/workshop at Rough Lee Farm, Reddisher Road, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91811.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning applications have been received which affect a public right of way

4. Outline application for erection of residential development (one dwelling) at Land Off, Ryecroft Lane, Scholes, Holmfirth (Footpath No. HOL/158/10). Application No. 2025/91464.

Demolition / removal of existing garage and erection of replacement detached garage/workshop at Rough Lee Farm, Reddisher Road, Marsden, Huddersfield (Footpath No. COL/186/10). Application No. 2025/91811.

Change of use of garage/coach house to one dwelling and associated alterations at 56, Lane Head Lane, Kirkburton, Huddersfield (Footpath No. KIR/97/100). Application No. 2025/91581.

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development – REVISED AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RECEIVED (INCLUDING REVISED RED LINE SITE BOUNDARY)
