PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Installation of a solar farm comprising ground mounted solar PV panels with an installed capacity of 49.99MW AC including mounting system, transformers, inverters, underground cabling, fencing, CCTV, internal tracks and associated infrastructure, landscaping, biodiversity net gain and environmental enhancements for a temporary period of 50 years and a permanent substation with switch room, 15m high communications tower, fencing and CCTV at Land at Neat Marsh North North West and South West of Neat Marsh Road Preston HU12 8TP (Ref: 25/01811/STPLF)

b) Listed Building Consent for installation of air inlet and extraction flue at rear and internal alterations including internal doors and openings and provision of toilet facilities, all in connection with the change of use of part of the sessions building from Day Spa to Restaurant/Bar and Bakery at Sessions House New Walk Beverley HU17 7AE (Ref: 25/01396/PLB)

c) Change of use of part of the sessions building from Day Spa to Restaurant/Bar and Bakery and installation of air inlet and extraction flue at rear at Sessions House New Walk Beverley HU17 7AE (Ref: 25/01395/PLF)

d) Erection of a single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing single storey extension and conservatory at Eastview 1 Woodhall Way Molescroft HU17 7AZ (Ref: 25/01858/PLF)

e) Erection of a single storey extension to rear with alterations to doors and windows at Hopper Close Dale Gate Bishop Burton HU17 8QP (Ref: 25/01965/PLF)

f) Change of use of land to site 32 holiday lodges with ancillary works, change of use and extension to existing driving range building to fitness centre, internal and external alterations to existing clubhouse, construction of LPG tank enclosure and bin storage compound and formation of childrens playing area at Cherry Burton Golf Club Leconfield Road Cherry Burton HU17 7LJ (Ref: 25/01317/PLF)

g) Erection of two field shelters within existing paddock at Land West of 69 Park Cottage Main Street Hotham YO43 4UA (Ref: 25/01530/PLF)

h) Change of use from restaurant (Use Class E(b)) to dwelling (Use Class C3) with associated alterations at Whites Restaurant 12A North Bar Without Beverley HU17 7AB (Ref: 25/01639/PLF)

i) Erection of galvanised palisade boundary fence and gate following removal of existing post and wire fence and gate at Highfield Caravan Park Queen Street Withernsea HU19 2NT (Ref: 25/02008/PLF)

j) Construction of means of access and erection of double gates following part removal of existing brick wall and re-location of existing street light at Land South of 15 Minster Moorgate Beverley HU17 8HP (Ref: 25/01773/PLF)

k) Erection of infill extensions at rear and installation of replacement doors and windows at The Old Byre Main Street Ellerker HU15 2DH (Ref: 25/01475/PLF)

Proposals (b,c,e,g,h,j,k) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,c) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,c,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,d,f,g,i) affect a public right of way.

Proposals (a,f) are major developments.
