NOTICE IS GIVEN under Section 122 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Wandsworth Borough Council of Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU intends to appropriate land forming part of the housing estate, Toland Square (Eastwood South Estate) SW15 that is part of “Open Space” (as defined by Section 336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) with the intention of building a new development for council rent. A plan showing the proposed development of this area can be viewed online at
