2025/2087 HORSFORD, The Nest Norfolks Community Hub Limited, Holt Road – Phase 5 in the construction of outdoor Padel courts and ancillary changing space, associated new access, car parking, external works and landscaping Reason(s): Major development,
2025/2089 ACLE, Land Opposite 56, Damgate Lane – Development of three dwellings, garages, vehicular access, pedestrian footway, associated drainage and landscaping Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan
Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.
Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal. Please see our Privacy Notice on our website for further details.
