Land at Pilgrim Drive, Bere Alston.
Notice is hereby given that West Devon Borough Council intends to dispose of an interest in public open space to Bere Ferrers Parish Council. The disposal is for the transfer of public open space at Pilgrim Drive and is designated as such. The Parish Council intend to change the land's use to provide additional parking for the village. A plan of the land affected is available for inspection at the WDBC Kilworthy Park. Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing to The Estates Team, WDBC, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE no later than 21st August 2025.
