I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
BARTON TURF & IRSTEAD RV/25/1397 Removal of 9no. 15m telecommunications masts, to be replaced by 1no. 40m mast without complying with condition 6 (time for decommissioning masts) of planning permission RV/24/0260 (Variation of condition 7 (time for decommissioning masts) of planning permission PF/22/2428) to allow for masts to be decommissioned and removed in their entirety by 31 October 2026 instead of by 30 June 2025; RAF Neatishead Radio Transmitter Masts, Smallburgh Road, Barton Turf, Norfolk for Mr Chris Donnachie; Reasons: f)

LITTLE BARNINGHAM RV/25/1414 Detached replacement dwelling with accommodation in roof space and detached garage following demolition of existing dwelling without complying with condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/21/2543 to allow for addition of a small Plant Room on side of dwelling to house water cylinder; Caesarea, 5 Meadow View, The Street, Little Barningham, Norwich, Norfolk, NR11 7LP for Chris Page; Reasons: c)

SEA PALLING PF/25/1396 Retrospective planning application for use of land by fishermen / women who fish from Sea Palling Beach and casual boats for fishing and recreation, including, but not limited to, the storage of vessels and tractors (to facilitate the launching and recovery of the fishing vessels and others), sheds to enable shelter in adverse weather conditions and any other equipment not mentioned required to enable a reasonable living (in fishing) to be made.; The Boatyard, The Marrams, Sea Palling; Applicants Mr B S Furr; Reasons: i)
STALHAM PF/25/1319 Development of 150 dwellings (Class C3), together with associated works including highways infrastructure, landscaping and open space; Land Adjacent To, Ingham Road, Stalham, Norfolk for ; Reasons: a) b) i)
The reasons for the advertisement are:

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
