For planning permission: Change of use of the land to rear of property to residential use (Class C3) to be enclosed within the curtilage of 23 Beech Drive.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Portsmouth City Council
Local Planning Authority: Civic Office, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AU
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
