What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:

P25/S1987/FUL Installation of a solar farm and cable corridor with associated infrastructure, access, security fencing and landscaping. Written Representations to be received by 23 August 2025. Land bordering either side of the M40 near Postcombe and Lewknor villages OX9 7EG (ES) (MD)

P25/S2039/LB The Grade II listed old brewhouse to the rear of the main house has collapsed. This application proposes to methodically dismantle, record and safely and securely store the building onsite until funds are available to rebuild the building. Manor Farm North Weston OX9 2HG /LB

P25/S2040/HH Single storey rear extension forming a garage. The Hay Barn Park Farm Waterstock OX33 1JT (CA/LB)

P25/S2048/LB Replacement of old black copper communication cable with new black digital communication cable, following existing routes around and into house. Brook Cottage Moreton OX9 2HX /LB

KEY: (CA/LB) Proposed work may affect character/setting of Conservation Area and setting of a Listed Building. (ES) Proposal accompanied by an Environmental Statement. (MD) Major Development. /LB Proposed work to a Listed Building.
