PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25F/1855 - Moorfields Railway Station, Moorfields (2)
Applicant Aidan Carroll. To carry out external alterations to Moorfields Station, including new improved access, cycle storage and a retail unit.
25H/1817 - 33 Siddeley Street (17) Applicant Helen Skipworth. To erect dormer extension to rear, removal of chimney and installation of 3 no. roof lights to front roof.
25F/1852 - 24-26 and 31-33 Cornhill (1) Applicant Peter Armor, Chandlers Wharf
Property Management Ltd. To carry out replacement render system works with new silicone render system; removal of vertical timber slat constructions up the face of the building and replace with anodized aluminum and replacement of timber decking and replacement of timber cladding by the entrance doors with new zinc cladding to meet fire safety regulations.
25F/1184- 35 Regent Road (5) Applicant Mr Gary Hincks. Proposed change of use of former timber storage yard (Use Class B8) to entertainment and hospitality venue for food and beverage consumption (Use Class Sui Generis) for temporary period of 24 months including the erection of marquee, containers, and food stalls. The venue would accommodate a maximum of 1000 guests and operate between 09:00am and 12:00am, Monday to Sunday.
25F/1881 - The Watering Can, Greenbank Park (17) Applicant Keith Perryman.
Retrospective planning application to retain 2 no. air conditioning units and associated screen.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 14th August 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
