The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/25/098753/FULL Leigh Arms 34 King Street Leigh WN7 4LR. Change of use of former public house at ground floor level to two retail shops (Use Class E) and 4 flats at first floor, together with external alterations to elevations and first floor extension to side. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/25/099030/VARMIN Land To The North Of Chanters Industrial Estate Atherton. Variation of condition 4 of planning permission A/17/83795/MAJMIN to extend hours of operation from 17:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday); and to allow wagon operations associated with container tiler on four days per month rather than one day per month.
