Conservation Areas) Act 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Change of use of land to Equestrian and the erection of a stables building comprising 1 stall, 1 tack room, and 1 feed store with associated access onto Nurstead Avenue.

At The Paddock Nurstead Avenue Longfield (Application Reference: DA/25/00755/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

2) Notification for 2 Lombardy poplar tree (within a row of 7) - 40% reduction in the end two trees in the row as per annotated photos (currently 18mtrs in height, radial spread of 4mtrs, proposed to stand 10mtrs in height and have a radial spread of 3mtrs) within Dartford Conservation Area

At 47 East Hill Dartford Kent (Application Ref. DA/25/00859/TRCON).

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the  Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days of the publication of this notice to the Development Manager using the Public Access system on our website.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.  Representations will be available in hard copy at the Civic Centre.
