S. 17 LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE; AN APPLICATION TO GRANT OR VARY PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made to Maldon District Council for the Grant/Variation of a Premises Licence, namely at: Tollesbury Sailing Club, Woodrolfe Rd, Tollesbury CM9 8SE 05/00835/LAPREC 029C

A Description of the Activities/or Variations: Tollesbury Sailing Club is currently licensed to sell alcohol and other refreshments to members and their guests until 23:00, 7 days per week. They propose to extend the licensed hours of operation for sale of alcohol and playing of music until midnight."

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice. All representations must be made by 21st August 2025 in writing, addressed to: The MDC Licensing Team at: Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon CM9 5DL or by email to: licensing@maldon.gov.uk.
