Publication: 24 July 2025 - The following applications have been received by the Council:

Applicant: Arragon Properties - Ref: PAP/2025/0281 N F U Mutual, 105 Long Street, Atherstone - Change of use of part rear ground floor to form 1no. 2 bed flat. Reason: Affects Setting of Conservation Area.

Applicant: Mr Ritchie - Ref: PAP/2025/0317 The Cottage, 133A Long Street, Atherstone - Listed Building Consent for replacement/repair of some windows in existing listed building. Reason: Listed Building.

Applicant: Marriott Hotels - Ref: Number: PAP/2025/0321 Marriott Forest Of Arden Hotel And Country Club, Maxstoke Lane, Meriden - Application to Remove/Vary Conditions 6 (Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan) and 12 (Conservation Covenant) of planning permission PAP/2024/0172 dated 10/10/2024 for Removal of existing structures, and the construction of an extension to the existing hotel building, to provide ancillary entertainment space, with associated hard and soft landscaping, and other associated works. Reason: Major Development.

Applicant: Arragon Properties - Ref: PAP/2025/0278 76 Station Street, Atherstone - Change of use of vacant offices to 2no. x 1 bedroom flats at first floor. Reason: Affects Setting of Conservation Area.
